sensors to control the level

FLOATING SENSOR IN 316 STAINLESS STEEL

Float sensors to control the level and ensure the automatic performance of process sequences (e.g., liquid dosed addition), in order to avoid potential hazards (vacuum or dry operation) for appliances installed in the container (heating, pumps), or to prevent process liquid from overflowing from the tank.

This floating sensor is available with a 1.6 m long (PG) cable, a small LC (PP) or LC/L (PVDF) terminal casing and a large BC (PP) or BC/L (PVDF) terminal casing. The cable can be easily installed on all box versions.

POLYPROPYLENE AND POLYVINYL FLUORIDE FLOATING SENSORS

Floating sensor to control the level and ensure the automatic performance of process sequences (e.g., liquid dosed addition) in order to avoid potential risks (vacuum or dry operation) for appliances installed in the container (heating, pumps), or to prevent process liquid from overflowing from the tank.

To ensure an optimal chemical and thermal resistance, the floating sensor is made of polypropylene (PP) or polyvinyl fluoride (PVDF). This floating sensor is available with a 1.6 m long (PG) cable, a small LC (PP) or LC/L (PVDF) terminal casing and a large BC (PP) or BC/L (PVDF) terminal casing. The cable can be easily installed on all kind of boxes.

CONDUCTIVE ROD SENSORS

Rod sensors provide high safety in the control and regulation of liquid levels in a vessel.

With non-conductive liquids or a limited conductor power that will not allow these sensors to be used, we recommend you to use our floating sensors. These sensors are available in different ways:

- 2 to 5-rod probe for the detection of 1 to 4 levels

- with or without a built-in temperature sensor

The sensor can be supplied with the small LC (PP) or LC/L (PVDF) terminal casing and with the large BC (PP) or BC/L (PVDF) terminal casing.

To ensure an optimal chemical and thermal resistance, probe rods are made of different materials.

Contact points are determined by the different lengths of the rods and they can be changed later, by cutting to size; except for PTFE rods.
