OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The system offers the ideal solution for the heating of liquids, gas fluids or two-phase fluids with specific flows.
Cast-in heaters consist of a liquefied heated steel block. The fluid to be heated circulate through a helicoidal coil integrated in the liquefied steel block. The heat is moved to the gas or liquid in a uniform and precise way.
To minimize the heat loss, the steel block is theoretically isolated and protected by a case. The system is very flexible.
Heaters can be connected in series or parallel depending on power requirements.
