Loritherm SO nozzle heaters are used when there is no problem of space and no corrosive action of plastic. Compared to liquefied plastic, they are completely impervious. During the realization of the heater a precise control on pressure distribution allows a perfect match between the resisted package and enclosure, thus getting the maximum thermical exchange with the nozzle.
Loritherm N nozzle heaters are used in case of limited space available (hot-chamber moulds) and when plastic is corrosive.
Loritherm SI nozzle heaters are realized with the aim of solving the increasing requests of powers and working temperatures getting higher and higher. They do not undergo any kind of corrosive action by plastic and compared to plastic they are completely impervious.
Loritherm SI-C nozzle heaters satisfy the increasing requests of powers and the growing working temperature. Thanks to the ceramic insulation, heaters can have a high specific load on the surface and they are suitable for applications with working temperatures up to continous 450°C.
