Heaters made of sheet metal body, aluminized steel or stainless steel. Mica or ceramic insulation. Excellent heat transfer to the cylinder, uniform heating and high mechanical strength. Operating  temperature: up to 300°C for mica insulation and up to 500°C for the ceramic insulation.

Band heaters with mica insulation are mainly used to heat plastification cylinders of injection moulding machines or extruders.

Drum heater bands are a particular application of ultra-thin heating elements with silicone insulation. We offer a wide range of products, characterized by the realization of standard and customized models depending on the customer's requests. Drum heater silicone bands can be bi-adhesive, equipped with hooks and springs or velcro for closure and fastening.

They can be supplied equipped with control thermostat, limiters, sensors, NTC probes, PT100 and probe holder, etc.
