1956
THE YEAR OF THE FOUNDING
In 1956 Giuseppe Lorenzoni opened "Il laboratorio della resistenza" in Bassano del Grappa, specialized in the manifacture of metal resistors for the industrial and domestic sector. This small reality is a family business that moves its first steps on the local market.
1965-1975
THE SECOND GENERATION
Simone e Loredana, Giuseppe's sons, join the company. While Loredana will continue to manage the production and then the commercialization of electric resistors, Simone decides to open the company to a new family of products: electrical insulators.
Once married, Simone's wife, Marilena, will also join the company giving her contribution to the administration.
In a short time the Lorenzoni company will expand its business to the whole Triveneto area.
1997
THE THIRD GENERATION
Michele, Simone's son, joins the company. From the beginning he dedicates himself to field training: his particularly commercial attitude leads him to deepen his personal relationships with the major costumers and widens the range of products and services offered. The following years are loads of news for the company: Lorenzoni implements the internal sales network with new recruitments and reorganizes business processes with the support of new softwares. We obtain the certification for the UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The compnay begins training in the field of industrial and domestic heating cables.
2010
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHANGE
The Direction carries on with investments, in particular on human capital through continous technical and managerial training. It is a crucial year because the market changes, started a few years before, pushes the company to mature the convinction that it needs to renew its "way of doing business".
We changed our headquarters; transports and logistics are outsourced. The new business policy reorganizes all the resources used in the sales processes with immediate positive results in costumer management.
2011
INTERNATIONALISATION
2011 marks the beginning of the internationalisation of the Lorenzoni company.
The challenge begins by approaching the nearby European market which in a short time gives its results. France, Spain, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia watch our company taking the first steps abroad. Small collaborations that quickly develop and feed big projects.
2017
PRESENT AND FUTURE
2017 sees us as the protagonists of a decisive investment for another step forward in the production of armored heaters. Infact, we have bought a new production site in Leinì (Turin). It is a production workshop of about 3000mq, equipped with performing plants and machinery, rolling mills and fillers up to 16 mters high.
The new production allows us to build armored heaters based on the costumer specifications with reduced delivery times.
Thanks to the computer connection our technicians are able to monitor costantly and in real time the progress of work orders.
The machineries are not enough to guarantee a product of excellence, so the investments also concern human capital - qualified techinicians who realizes heating elements designed with experience and professionalism.
