It can be installed under any kind of pavement, it is sized according to the surface to be covered, The heating cable is applied to a network that unrolls like a carpet, making the installation easy and fast.
The MAT SYSTEM carpet is supplied already wired and finalised, complete with 7mt of cold cable and extruded connection in line integrated with hot cable, marked on the coating. The absence of the junction between hot cable and cold cable ensures IP68 protection to the circuit, protecting the system from possible penetration of moisture and/or condensation.

Lorenzoni RAMP SYSTEM is the solution for ice and snow on walkable surfaces by a self-regulating heating cable. Perfect as antifreeze for ramps. It is a heating cable with semi-conductive matrix, the energy produced decreases as the outside temperature increases.
It can be cut to length, spliced and derived. Eventhough the cable overlaps, it does not produce dangerous overheating.
It is available equipped with all its accessories and control devices.

ICE AND SNOW DETECTION SYSTEM FOR OUTDOORS
In order to obtain the maximum efficiency and to limit functioning costs, the heating system for ice and snow protection on ramps, gutters and downpipes must be inserted only when necessary.
Infact, the system detects the environmental temperature, the humidity and the presence of snow, commanding the heating cables input only when the values are different from the preset ones. Thus when there is a real danger of formation of ice and snowpack.
The ICE AND SNOW DETECTION SYSTEM consists of:
- DIGITAL CONTROL UNIT: it is the heart of the system: it receives signals from detectors and activates heating cables input;
- FLOOR SENSOR: it was specifically planned and built to detect the presence of humidity, snow and the temperature of the road surface or any other external surface;
- SENSOR FOR ROOFS, GUTTERS AND DOWNPIPES: it was specifically planned and built to detect the presence of humidity, snow and temperature on roofs, gutters and downpipes;
- M2500-230L RELAY: single-phase relay 230 V AC 2,5 KW

ANTIFREEZE LIQUID: BELOW ZERO
Antifreeze liquid to melt ice and snow on roads and outdoor floors. Ready to be used for a preventive or defrosting application.
Liquid mixture to be applied straight on the surface, spraying it with a common garden sprinkler. To prevent, it is enough to use 1lt for 40mq of surface, while to defrost a greater quantity of product is necessary in proportion to the ice.
BELOW ZERO can be used on any kind of surface.
Once applied, its effect lasts almost 24 hours; then it gradually decreases and biodegrades. it is not corrosive.
